Service Principles

A Clearer Journey

Delivery should feel transparent, organized, and easy to understand. Our process is designed to provide useful updates at each important stage.

01

Accurate Order Review

Before dispatch, order details are reviewed for product selection, quantity, delivery information, and general fulfillment accuracy. This helps reduce avoidable packing and destination issues.

02

Protective Product Packing

Performance tops, tights, shorts, jackets, joggers, hoodies, polos, and accessories are prepared to remain organized and protected throughout the shipping journey.

03

Useful Status Updates

Once the order leaves the preparation stage, tracking information is provided so customers can follow the shipment through carrier processing, transit, local delivery, and final arrival.

04

Responsive Delivery Support

If a shipment is delayed, damaged, incorrectly addressed, or marked delivered without being located, PeakWear support can review the available order and tracking information.

Order Progress

From Order to Door

Each shipment follows a structured sequence. Timing can vary by destination, carrier activity, weather, holidays, and order volume.

Timing Guidance

Delivery Estimates

The estimated delivery window is a practical forecast rather than a guaranteed appointment. Carrier conditions can influence the final arrival date.

Standard Service

Most U.S. Orders

Eligible U.S. orders generally arrive within approximately 3–5 business days. The exact estimate can depend on destination, dispatch timing, and carrier network activity.

Estimated Window
Business Days

Working-Day Timing

Business days generally exclude weekends and recognized carrier holidays. Orders placed near a weekend or holiday may begin progressing on the next available working day.

Weekdays Apply
Peak Periods

High-Volume Events

Major promotions, seasonal demand, severe weather, and national holidays can create additional processing or transit time across carrier networks.

Extra Time Possible
Remote Destinations

Extended Routes

Rural, remote, military, territorial, and limited-service destinations may require additional carrier routing. Available delivery options are presented during checkout where supported.

Carrier Handoff

Once It Leaves Us

After a package enters the carrier network, the carrier manages scans, routing, local sorting, delivery scheduling, and final placement at the destination.

  • 01 Tracking may require time to activate after the shipping confirmation is issued.
  • 02 Carrier scans can appear at irregular intervals, especially between regional facilities.
  • 03 A temporary pause in tracking does not always mean the package has stopped moving.
  • 04 The carrier may adjust the expected arrival date due to weather, capacity, access, or local delivery conditions.

Tracking Explained

Tracking is most useful when each status is understood as part of a larger delivery sequence rather than a guaranteed real-time location.

Status 01

Label Created

The shipping information has been prepared, but the carrier may not yet have physically scanned or accepted the package. Tracking activity can remain limited during this stage.

Status 02

In Transit

The package is moving through the carrier network. It may travel between multiple sorting facilities before reaching the local delivery area.

Status 03

Out for Delivery

The shipment has entered the final local route. Delivery timing can still vary throughout the day based on route order, traffic, access, and carrier conditions.

Delivery Attention

When Plans Change

Address corrections and delivery concerns are easier to resolve when they are reported quickly and supported with complete order information.

  • 01

    Address Changes

Submit correction requests as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or transferred to the carrier, address changes may no longer be available.

  • 02

    Apartment and Unit Details

Include complete building, apartment, suite, unit, floor, access, and delivery information during checkout whenever applicable.

  • 03

    Carrier Delivery Attempts

A carrier may reschedule, redirect, hold, or attempt delivery again when access is restricted or the destination cannot be completed safely.

  • 04

    Marked Delivered

Check entrances, secure areas, reception desks, household members, neighbors, mailrooms, and carrier delivery notes before reporting the package as missing.

Shipping Information

Delivery Questions

Review the most common questions about delivery timing, tracking, addresses, carrier updates, and shipment concerns.

01 How long does standard U.S. delivery usually take?
Most eligible U.S. orders are estimated to arrive within approximately 3–5 business days. This is an estimated service window and may be affected by destination, carrier capacity, weather, holidays, remote routing, and periods of unusually high order volume.
02 When will I receive my tracking information?
Tracking information becomes available after the shipment is prepared and enters the carrier handoff stage. The first carrier scan may take additional time to appear after the shipping confirmation is issued.
03 Why has my tracking information stopped updating?
Packages are not always scanned at every point in the journey. Tracking can temporarily pause while a shipment moves between facilities, waits for the next route, or passes through a high-volume carrier location. A later scan may update several stages at once.
04 Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Address changes should be requested immediately. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after the order has entered preparation, received a shipping label, or been accepted by the carrier. Customers remain responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
05 What should I do if tracking says delivered but I cannot find the package?
First review the carrier delivery notes and check all entrances, secure locations, mailrooms, reception areas, household members, neighbors, and building management. Some carriers record delivery shortly before final placement. If the package still cannot be located, submit the order and tracking details for review.
06 What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
Keep the packaging and take clear photographs of the external package, shipping label, internal packing, and affected product. Report the issue promptly with your order details and a description of the damage so the available information can be reviewed.
07 Do weekends and holidays count as business days?
Business-day estimates generally exclude weekends and recognized carrier holidays. An order placed late in the week, during a holiday period, or before a carrier closure may begin or resume progress on the next available business day.
08 Can weather or major events delay my delivery?
Yes. Severe weather, natural events, transportation disruption, local restrictions, national holidays, and unusually high carrier volume may affect routing and delivery estimates. Carrier tracking normally displays updated information when a revised estimate becomes available.
